Additionally, the cruise company have pledged to make a donation to ORCA for every booking made by an ORCA supporter and help us with our important conservation work.
The itinerary, which runs for nine nights, starts in Aberdeen before travelling to Fair Isle and Jan Mayen, before making its way to the stunning Arctic island of Spitsbergen.
Passengers on board will have the added bonus of two ORCA Wildlife Officers joining them for the trip, talking to passengers about our conservation work and helping to monitor vulnerable populations of whales and dolphins in this crucial marine habitat.
Cetaceans that may be spotted include fin whales, blue whales, minke whales and orca, with passengers also hoping to spot seabirds and an array of other species of wildlife during this once in a lifetime trip.
The voyage comes hot on the heels of an unforgettable trip to the Falkland Island in recent weeks, where our Cruise Conservationist saw ten different species of marine mammal, including six which were brand new to ORCA. Southern right whales, along with Commerson's, Peale's and dusky dolphins, were recorded during ORCA's first ever trip to the Falklands.
